Christian Diener studied law (German and Anglo-Irish Law) at Johannes-Gutenberg-University of Mainz, Germany, and University of Dublin, Trinity College, in Dublin, Ireland. He completed his legal training at Bad Kreuznach district court from 2006 to 2008, after which he began working for BASF SE in Ludwigshafen as an in-house lawyer focusing on mergers and acquisitions with a compensation and benefits perspective. He was admitted to the bar in 2009. In 2012 Christian Diener decided to move away from an in-house position and to join a law firm.
In 2019 Christian Diener became a managing partner of the former law firm Reiserer Biesinger and in 2020 he was awarded the title of a Certified Specialist Solicitor in Intellectual Property Law. In 2023, he founded our law firm together with Dr Biesinger.
